The Philosophy

A place to return to yourself.

Healing begins when we stop searching outside ourselves and remember what has always been there.

Heart's Space is a sanctuary for healing, self-discovery and inner transformation. A quiet invitation to slow down, breathe, listen and reconnect with your own inner wisdom.

It is where healing meets creativity. Where intuition becomes louder than fear. Where unconditional love becomes something you can feel, receive and share.

Intuitive Insights

I also document the images, words, emotions, memories, sensations, symbols, colours or strong sense of knowing that came through during your session. I do not force these insights into a predetermined interpretation. Some may make sense immediately; others may become clear later.

I look at the overall picture and the connections between what came through. A theme around confidence, for example, may also connect with expression, relationships or creativity. Your document reflects the experience as a whole.

Writing

Fragments of My Soul

Some parts of me found their way through music. Others through silence. Some arrived as words. Some as tears. Some as love.

A collection of reflections, memories and inner landscapes. Not a blog. Not advice. Simply fragments — pieces of truth that found their way home.

Perhaps, somewhere between these fragments, you will find a fragment of your own.

Letter I Childlike Wonder

Childlike wonder is not childish.
It is one of the purest ways of experiencing life.

It is noticing the details that most people rush past.
It is being fully present, allowing each moment to reveal itself without needing to control it.

It is letting your imagination wander beyond what the eyes can see, remembering that not everything meaningful needs an explanation.

It is pausing to admire.
To ask questions instead of assuming you already know the answers.
To remain curious in a world that constantly asks you to become certain.

It is finding joy in the ordinary.
In sunlight dancing through the leaves.
In the sound of the sea.
In the shape of a cloud.
In a genuine smile.
In silence.

As children, wonder is our natural state.
We don't have to learn it, we simply remember it.

As we grow, we often trade curiosity for certainty, presence for distraction, and imagination for routine.

Yet wonder never disappears.
It waits beneath the noise, ready to return the moment we slow down enough to notice.

To reconnect with your childlike wonder is to remember that life was never meant to be merely understood.

It was meant to be experienced, explored, and deeply felt.

With love,
Fabi
My Heart's Space

Letter II Journaling: Creating Space Within

We have thousands of thoughts passing through our minds every day.

Things we need to do.
Things we forgot to do.
Ideas. Worries. Memories. Emotions. Conversations we had. Conversations we wish we had. Plans for tomorrow. Questions about yesterday.

Our minds are constantly moving.

And sometimes, we don’t even realise how much we are carrying until we stop.

Journaling is a way of creating space for all of it.

It is a simple practice of taking what is happening inside your mind and bringing it onto paper.

Not to make everything disappear.
Not to find an answer to every question.
Not even to write something beautiful.

Simply to give your thoughts somewhere to exist outside of you.

When we write, we begin to organise what can feel like a thousand different threads inside our minds. We can explore our creativity, process emotions, understand our patterns, make sense of experiences and sometimes discover feelings we didn't even realise were there.

Because writing is an extension of our thoughts.

An extension of our voice.

And sometimes, an extension of our deepest truths.

There have been moments when I didn't know what I thought or felt until I started writing.

And somewhere between one sentence and the next, something became clear.

A conclusion I wasn't consciously looking for.
A feeling I hadn't yet named.
An idea that had been quietly growing somewhere inside me.

Sometimes, we write to discover what we already know.

The page becomes a space where the subconscious can meet the conscious.

A place where thoughts can unfold without needing to be immediately understood.

And this is deeply connected to the essence of Heart’s Space.

Heart’s Space was created through writing.

Through dreaming on paper.

Through putting words to feelings, ideas, visions and experiences that didn't yet have a physical form.

Before it became a space you could step into, it was a space created on a page.

Perhaps this is also why writing can feel so powerful when we are thinking about what we want to create in our lives.

When we write down a dream, we give it a form.

When we write down an intention, we give it direction.

When we write about the life we desire, we begin to create a relationship with that possibility.

Maybe writing is also a way of channeling our deepest manifestations — not because the words themselves magically create reality, but because putting something onto paper can help us connect with it, clarify it, feel it and consciously move towards it.

And there is another beautiful layer to this practice.

When we are experiencing stress, our nervous system can enter fight-or-flight mode — a state designed to protect us when we perceive danger or threat.

In this state, we are focused on reacting.

Solving.
Doing.
Worrying.
Anticipating.
Keeping up.

Our body may be here, but our mind is already somewhere else.

Journaling can create a small interruption in that cycle.

A moment to pause.

To breathe.

To take the thoughts that are running around inside your mind and place them somewhere you can actually see them.

Instead of constantly reacting to what is happening inside you, you create an opportunity to observe it.

And observation creates space.

Space between a thought and a reaction.
Space between an emotion and an action.
Space between what you feel and what you choose to do with it.

You don't need to become a writer.

You don't need to write 100 pages a day.

You don't need perfect grammar, beautiful words or a perfectly organised notebook.

Sometimes, one sentence is enough.

“Today I feel...”

“What I really need right now is...”

“Something I haven't allowed myself to say is...”

“If my body could speak, it would tell me...”

“The life I am dreaming of looks like...”

“What am I ready to create?”

The page doesn't judge you.

It doesn't interrupt.

It doesn't ask you to make sense of everything.

It simply holds what you are ready to put down.

And perhaps that is what journaling really is:

not adding another thing to your to-do list, but creating a little more space inside yourself.

A space to listen.

A space to feel.

A space to understand.

A space to dream.

A space to create.

A space to simply be.

This is your invitation to write.

Not for productivity.

Not for perfection.

Just for you.

Take a few minutes.
Take a breath.
Take a pen.

And let whatever needs to come out, come out.

You never know what part of you might be waiting on the other side of the page.

With love,

Heart’s Space

About Fabiana

My Heart's Space is a bridge between me and you.

I used to look for ways to fill an inner void from the outside — in loud places, other people, overthinking, and letting my mind run the show.

Meditation, journaling, music, movement, nature and Reiki gradually helped me reconnect with my Heart's Space. From that moment on, one thing became clear: I wanted to continue healing myself and help others reconnect with themselves too.

Through Heart's Space, I share Reiki, words, presence and intuitive guidance with the intention of helping you return to your heart.
